Kutuk Hamlet Sekar Tanjung
There is a Kutuk Hamlet located in Gucialit
District, Lumajang Regency. There is a water
source where the source is called the source of the Kutuk because in the past
the source was known to be very mystical every night Friday the source of the
water was red and there were sightings in the place resembling fish, such as
catfish but not white-fanged. the place
is still seen haunted once someone clearly watched around 10 o'clock in the
afternoon when long drought suddenly murky water came at the same time, in the
pile of water there is a black stump snake appeared. Strangely after the snake disappeared, the
water returned to its original flow as small and clear water, it turns out
there were some people who witnessed the phenomenon by calling it a flood
stump, then with this story the village was called the Kutuk Hamlet, until now
the area was used as a place for village government as a hereditary until now.
In the village there is a tree called a Mbulu tree
that is hundreds or even thousands of years old, now it still looks mystical
inside in the shape of a table which is always clean. According to the story of the citizens are
often used for asceticism, so when viewed from the naked eye or people with
high science abilities can be seen there is an ascetic in that place. Strangely throughout the year, even though
the wind was exposed to very heavy winds and rain, there was never a falling
fault, because according to residents if a tree branch fell or was broken
something was believed to have happened in the area. This has been proven by the presence of
broken and fallen trees, the drought is quite long and people have difficulty
finding food sources.
